How we work

Organised Not bureaucratic

No lengthy onboarding process, no jargon and no surprise scope. Here is what working with Dellsche actually looks like.

  1. 01

    Have a chat

An initial discovery conversation of up to 30 minutes to understand the problem, where things are now and the sensible next step. No charge and no pressure.

  2. 02

Work out what is actually needed

Simple jobs can be scoped straight away. Where the size of the problem is unclear, we may recommend a paid diagnostic or gap analysis before quoting the implementation, so you are not buying blind.

  3. 03

    Agree the scope

We confirm what Dellsche will do, what you need to provide, what is excluded and what happens next. In writing, in plain English.

  4. 04

    Get it sorted

We deliver the agreed work, keep the important actions controlled and flag anything material that changes the original scope.

  5. 05

    Keep it sorted

Where there is an ongoing requirement, regular retained support can be considered rather than commissioning individual jobs over and over.
