Adelle set up Dellsche in 2021 after 14 years in business operations, QHSE and improvement.

Since then she has worked with more than 50 businesses across construction, manufacturing, engineering and regulated industries, from start-ups to established firms getting accreditation ready. That has included ISO 9001 implementation across four UK manufacturing sites, and CHAS Elite, Constructionline Gold, Achilles and SafeContractor support.

Her qualifications include the NEBOSH National General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely and ISO 9001:2026 Internal Auditor, and everything issued under the Dellsche name is quality controlled before it reaches the client.

Olivia brings a decade of experience in the marketing industry as a creative professional.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing, she combines that creative background with a strong understanding of marketing and business communication. Her role focuses on connecting clients with Dellsche's services, understanding their needs and helping them access the right support to get the best possible results from their marketing strategy.

Passionate about creativity, communication and building strong client relationships, Olivia works to ensure businesses have the right expertise and support to strengthen their marketing, communicate their value and grow with confidence.

Michelle brings experience in administration, operations and business support across construction, transport and manufacturing.

Her background includes health and safety administration, document control and supporting teams with the information and records needed for their day-to-day work.

Her experience also spans business systems and workflows, website management, content coordination and design. She combines practical industry knowledge with strong organisational skills and a careful eye for detail.
